Raw Vegan Bounty Cake

 

 

Equipment:

 

Ingredients:

Coconut Filling:

  • 150 g  cashews
  • 250 g dried coconut flour
  • 150 g sweetener as desired ( coconut flowers, maple syrup, honey …)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Chocolate coating:

  • 700 g  dates ( fresh or dried)
  • 150 g  cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 0.5 dcl of water

Instructions:

Coconut Filling:
1 . Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread the mixture in the lined cake.

Chocolate coating:

1. Mix all ingredients until completely creamy and smooth.
